We will gladly refund any defective product within 5 days of arrival for manufacturers defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage.

We do not exchange mobile phones that:

- you do not like

- are big or small (in size)

Shipping time usually takes a week but sometimes can take about 7 - 15 days.

Things to remember:
ALL links that came with the mobile phone must be shipped back with the mobile phones or other electronics. If any accessorie is missing, your product will not be refunded/exchanged.

Include a note saying what is wrong with the package, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your telephone number, order number and approximate purchase date.
- For refunds, there is a $30 re-stocking fee to cover shipping and handling.
- For refunds, the phone must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in.
- All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for phones damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
- Lost packages require a mandatory 30 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
- Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations.
- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive.
- If exchange is more than original purchase please pay online for the price difference; if the exchange is less we are not refund those money back to you.
- If there are any other problems, we will make SURE that everything will be negotiated to both parties consent

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
